2016 ART ‘N’ SOUL CABERNET MERLOT

Every wine is a blank canvas. Our winemakers select their ‘palette’ of grapes to capture the colour and vibrancy of South Australia. Cabernet and Merlot are two well-known varietals, that when blended together in carefully selected proportions, create a red wine of added dimension and distinction.

WINE MAKERS NOTES

A beautifully balanced Cabernet Merlot showing black currant and violet notes together with a medium bodied, softly textured finish. While drinking beautifully now it will continue to soften and improve over the next couple of years if so desired.
