A deep earthy, purple-crimson colour. Lush blackcurrant and dark cherries, perfumed light florals and sweet vanillin accompanied by toasty cedar oak aromas. This wine displays flavours of rich fruit cake with elegant bloodplum and bittersweet chocolate notes. A solid oak frame supports the palate giving it length and structure. Tannins are firm but fine, adding richness to the back palate.

Deep Red Burgundy colour. The nose is complimented by a hint of toasted oak and vanilla note. A palate of rich fruitcake, blackberry and plum flavours which are complemented with hints of chocolate and spice. This is a full bodied wine with soft gentle tannins providing excellent structure.
