A limited release, from an excellent year that shows just how unique Barossa Cabernet can be. Deep red. Lifted violet and cassis, fragranced by touches of briary fruits and dark chocolate. Rich and classic Barossa Cabernet tannin structure, giving a long length, balanced by flavours of blue fruits and cassis.
This Shiraz is a deep red colour displaying a bright edge, with notes of dark fruits, chocolate and liquorice combined with a charry oak undertone and long, firm finish. The intense muscular fruit flavours are integrated perfectly, creating an approachable and supple wine that will benefit from cellaring if desired.
Deep purple centre with a vibrant crimson edge. Lifted satsuma plum and boysenberry aromas with subtle nuances of vanilla. Full bodied, super silky palate with bright purple fruits and a moreish, velvety finish.
Garnet red. Rich perfumed fruits dominate the nose displaying pure cassis, mulberry and plum over subtle mocha oak from barrel fermentation and maturation. The rich and rounded palate displays juicy dark fruits with integrated dusty cedar oak notes. The wine has a strong but fine tannin structure and a long finish with lingering fruit flavours.
